As you might not know, OpenWebOS is a project that I created to “override the code, flip the OS script!”. The latest version is 2.0.0 – Lemming Funeral and I based the whole post off a post by Visnalize, so credits to the creator of Windows 7 Simulator by mentioning great extensions to allow iframes without getting blocked by CORS.

I’m still creating a browser that directly iframes a site and will be soon released to the OpenWebOS App Store. So wait

How to allow iframes in OpenWebOS?

You can download this extension that only works for Chrome (or anything Chromium-based or supports the Chrome Web Store)

    Disable the extension AFTER USE
You should disable it as your browser might be more vunerable to attacks.

Or try the No CORS Browser which uses CORS proxies to make it work, but trust me, it is painfully slow and great for just viewing lightweight pages.

    How about for advanced users?

This supports Chrome, Edge, and Firefox.

Use Requestly and set the URLs to whatever you like. Also this won’t work on local installs/file:// URLs.
